This is a 4 session course for COMPLETE BEGINNERS who would like to practice Pilates.

In this course you will be taken through the basic fundamentals of the approach and learn some adaptations suitable for your specific body.

Getting this solid understanding will enable you to join other teachers classes – virtual and face to face.

You do not need any prior Pilates knowledge, and equally well, you may have done some before, but not really understood how or why you were performing the movements. Whatever your reason, building a sound foundation will help you progress and dial it back depending on your goals and how you feel on a day to day basis.

I teach a maximum of 12 in this class, and will need you to complete an enrolment form to ensure I can target the experience for you.

This Zoom class is Intermediate level and aimed at those who have got a good grasp of the basics, are injury free, body aware and want to progress further. The class will include a good amount of the more classical and challenging Pilates exercises in the repertoire.

This is a 50 minute High Intensity Power Pilates (HIPP)  Zoom class with a 10 minute stretching sequence to finish.

It is her a more dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.

Combining core strength, balance and coordination with an energetic cardiovascular element, HIP Pilates is the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout.

Suitable for those who are body aware, injury free and understand the fundamental basic Pilates principles.

Small equipment used for these sessions:

1 pair of light hand weights  (0.5 – 2.0 kg)
