Classes are shown with the per session cost however blocks of sessions need to be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place. Please see FAQs for more details. There is a discounted price for anyone signing up for 2 sessions per week.
Booking is essential as each class has a maximum of 12 spaces – some less depending on space. Pregnancy and postnatal have a maximum of 8.
As part of the initial assessment I will need specific information regarding your health, injuries and any previous experience of Pilates. It’s all covered in the enrolment form which you can download here. Complete it and bring it to your first session, but if it raises any queries for you or you feel I need to be aware of anything sooner, please contact me. If anything changes after the initial assessment phase please ensure you let me know so I can be aware in case adaptations etc. are required.
If you would like to attend a class at a different time, location or are interested in Pilates for Golfers, the Older Person, Bone Health or Pre/Postnatal classes, please contact me. I’m always willing consider other venues.
